"I am still considering what I want to do... We will see."
Not every decision should be rushed. In a rush society where we are pressured to purchase it is difficult to slow down. In fact you will most likely be made to feel bad if you don't pull the trigger right away.
There is a time for quick decisions. When things are clear, conditions right, seasons full then go ahead and pull the trigger. You can make a quick decision when you know the will of God. But when you don't know what to do it isn't always best to shoot first and ask questions later.
So what do you do when you don't know what to do? First of all pray and ask God. The Holy Spirit will reveal which way to go. Second, give it time. What will it really hurt if you take time to pray and think or watch the conditions? Third, seek Godly counsel from people you trust. Especially people who are older than you and who have gone down the paths you are facing good or bad.
Finally if it comes down to it you either are going to do nothing or just make a decision and own the results. Make the best decision you know how and trust that God has your back.
How do you handle delays in your decision making process? Are there other things we can do while waiting to help our decisions?
